Set Design starts at the very early phase of our projects. When needed we bring in set designers from a number of different genres, depending on the need of the production.

One of the first thing that gets decided is if the production is done in the blue room, out doors, or in the studio. Once the basic story line has been written, we have the set designers join up with our our writers, producers and directors at the start of their creative process. They work with us to shape the project from the ground up.

Every detail of the set production offers an opportunity for creative ideas. We bring in the right team for each production who have experience bringing the vision of the project to life and into a 3D format. We look at the set for the main stage of each event as the powerful visual foundation of everything surrounding it.

We have everything designed from the facing of the building, wall space, furniture, sound design, everything all the way to the napkins. .The themes are designed to pull the audience into the psychological space of the event or production. The atmosphere will be as authentic as possible. After achieving the best design, we then approach the rest of the venue, the hotels, and even the entire city and location as a vast canvas waiting to carry the message of our events and projects.

We bring in award winning, experienced and/or talented team together. We work with skilled and creative lighting designers and sound designers, and innovative presentation experts, as well as special effects artists, animators, decorators, stage builders, graphic designers, location scouts, and stylists. We tap into teams who are comprised of award winning experts who have experience building theme parks, hotels and entertainment venues as well as sporting events, and major music concerts. Our designers gained experience at ILM, Pixar, Hollywood TV Productions, or they are advertising and trade show designers, or experienced crews who managed shows at major venues such as the Coliseum, the SF Opera, Paramount, etc. Since we have worked with many of them many times over the work is performed seamlessly.

We can draw in any number of experts to bring in the latest technology available to accomplish the special effects needed to bring the shows to life. We often work closely with futurists, historians, technology or animation companies.
