Eddie L. Lankford Jr., Producer/Camera/Editor , has over 20 years experience developing and supervising production, camera work and editing at various budget levels.  He has managed all phases of production, including operating the master control room, production manager, post production, designing station and program Ids, designing the flow of shows, sound design and editing, lighting, supervision of the crews and gets involved with scripting as necessary. 

His experience ranges from creating Music Videos, Local News and Sports Coverage, TV Shows and Show Series, Travel Shows, Documentaries, to Promotions and Video Press Releases. His career started and continued at United Cable, United Artist, TCI, AT&T and Comcast. 

He produces Black Music in America, Jazz with Frankie now in its 12th season, Battle of the Bands in the New Orleans Superdome, KBLX Jazz Festival, Diane Shore, Pete Escovedo, Stanley Clarke, Lloyd Gregory, Ashford and Simpson, Erika Badu, Erykah Badu and Eric Benét, etc.

Eddie L. Lankford, Jr. has earned Special Recognition Award in the Black Film Makers Hall of Fame for his Music Video “You’re Special” with Solomon Isom.  He managed the production of political and Christian Rally’s, including for the League of Women Voters, Studio 3, Ethnic Health America by Dr. Lenore, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Ron Dellums, Jerry Brown, and Willie Brown.  He has covered the Alameda Fourth of July Parade, San Jose Jazz Festival, Festival of the Lake, and the popular Art and Soul Festival. Sport Events include coverage of the Raiders and San Francisco 49ners, innumerable college and Jr. college games for basketball, football, and baseball. After years of service at in Local Access TV and the impending changes in the media landscape in the wake of the recent FCC ruling he decided it was urgent for business leaders to come together to create a media platform that makes serving the media needs of a multi-cultural society a key focus. Eddie L. Lankford III, is a young producer and cameraman, who grew up in and around the TV business through his association with his father, Eddie L. Lankford Jr. He is now heading up production of programming targeting young adults, including Hip Hop, Rap, and several travel shows. While he feels he still has much to learn, he has amassed an astounding 10 years operating broadcast quality cameras. He truly started his broadcast career at a very young age. He seems to have inherited his father's eye for quality and his steady hand. He is eager to share his opportunities with other young artists who like himself wish to better themselves and want to create a positive future for themselves and their families and their community.
