Our Editors are responsible for ensuring that high-quality TV promo and editorial campaigns are shot and edited in a timely and professional manner. Our editors work closely with the director, writers, and with you to complete all necessary tasks.
Our offline editors create the rough cut, the first assembly of the footage. Our online editors complete what the offline editors started. Every production has the potential to be a hit, and also has the potential to be awful. The editors sometimes only have a week to create a rough cut ready to show the producer. There are approximately 35 frames per second. They have to inlay the graphics and synchronize the sound. They have to sift through 1 to 20 hours of footage, depending on how successfully the director kept to the script, and choose the choicest footage. We usually quickly digitize the footage to create worthwhile materials. There always needs to be a clear beginning, middle and end. The programs often have to be brought to broadcast standard with the appropriate timing for commercial breaks.

Online editing is a little simpler yet quite time-consuming, typically taking more than three to five times as long as the actual shoot. Our online editors add important bits such as photos, descriptions, titles, cut-aways, and trim what was irrelevant or cover what didn't turn out so well. With news, documentaries and entertainment shows you can get lost in 'useful' footage, but you have to make sure the sequence is watchable, makes sense and fits into the given time slots. The productions has to be cut down to fit into the television schedule, regardless of however many hours of wonderful footage was captured.
We take graphic and video elements and edit them into our high-end content, news stories, or promos using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and a number of other software programs. We prep it for online viewing which is convenient which takes quite a long time to encode. Special effects enhance your blue screen or green screen productions.
