This seminar will focus on the development of a framework for espousing an ethic of care as a fundamental principle in educational practice. Ethical caring is primarily focused on relationship building and thoughtful dialogue. You will discover the correlation between ethical caring and equitable education. You will also learn strategies for strengthening school-parent relations and building a positive school climate.
